Who can take part

  • You are 40 to 79 years old.
  • You are willing to wear a smartwatch all the time for 18 months and are comfortable using technology.
  • You have known artery narrowing in your heart (at least 20% blockage but less than 70% in most arteries, or 20% to 50% in the left main artery) OR a coronary calcium score of 100 or higher OR a high 10-year risk (20% or more) of heart attack or stroke OR a moderate 10-year risk (7.5% to less than 20%) plus two or more risk-enhancing factors like family history, diabetes, or certain chronic conditions.
  • You do not have a low 10-year risk (less than 7.5%), cognitive impairment, metastatic cancer, terminal illness, severe mental illness, or other conditions that would prevent participation.
  • You are not pregnant, and if you could become pregnant, you are using birth control.
