Who can take part

  • You are 60 years or older.
  • You have mild cognitive impairment (small memory or thinking problems, but not dementia).
  • You live in a nursing home and have been there for at least 2 months.
  • You can hear well enough to listen to special sounds (binaural beats) through headphones.
  • You have not taken memory-affecting medications in the past 3–6 months.
  • You do not have severe physical illness, depression, or other psychiatric disorders.
