Who can take part
- You must have a specific type of high blood pressure in the lungs called Group 1 PAH (confirmed by a heart catheter test).
- You must be older than 18 and younger than 85 years old.
- You must be able to give your consent to join the study.
- Your PAH medicines (like ERA or PDE5 inhibitors) must have been at the same dose for at least 3 months.
- Your doctor must have prescribed Semaglutide (a weight-loss medicine) because you have a BMI over 30, or a BMI over 27 plus another health issue like high blood pressure or diabetes.
- You cannot have had a heart attack in the last 3 months, and you must be able to have an MRI without a pacemaker or metal implant.
