Who can take part

  • You are a woman who has gone through menopause within the last 8 years.
  • You live in the Tekirdağ Province.
  • You have a smartphone and internet access.
  • You do not have a serious heart condition, like chest pain or a pacemaker.
  • You are not using hormone replacement therapy, and you don’t have other health issues that would prevent you from doing gentle relaxation exercises.
