Who can take part

  • You are pregnant with one baby and are in your first or second trimester.
  • You are between 18 and 50 years old.
  • You use a smartphone regularly.
  • You speak English.
  • You have not been hospitalized for a severe mental illness in the past year.
  • Your baby was born at 35 weeks or later, had no serious complications requiring a long NICU stay, and has no known genetic condition or hearing loss.
