This study is looking for adults who have trouble hearing in noisy places or everyday life, even though their standard hearing test is normal. They will get extra hearing tests to find a hidden hearing problem that regular tests miss.

Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older
- You have hearing problems in daily life, but your standard hearing test results are normal
- You are being seen at the ENT clinic at Clermont-Ferrand University Hospital
- French is your native language
- You have no current ear infections, no hole in the eardrum, and no ear surgery (except ear tubes in childhood)
- You are not pregnant or breastfeeding
