  • Adults aged 18 to 85 years old.
  • Have chronic kidney disease (stage 3 to 5) and are not on dialysis.
  • Your hemoglobin level is between 70 and 109 g/L (low red blood cell count), which is anemia related to kidney disease.
  • You do not plan to start dialysis or have a kidney transplant in the next 24 weeks.
  • Are willing to take part and sign a consent form.
