Long-term outcomes of a stent graft for aortic aneurysm and dissection

Dissection of AortaAneurysm AorticFrozen Elephant Trunk

Part of Heart & circulation clinical trials.

This study looks back at patient records to see how well a specific stent graft (a small mesh tube) worked for people who had surgery for an aortic aneurysm or dissection at least a year ago. It helps doctors understand the device's long-term safety and effectiveness.

NCT07402252Not yet recruiting
New stent system for type A aortic dissection recovery

This trial tests a new stent system to help repair the aorta after initial surgery for type A aortic dissection. It may help promote better healing of the remaining damaged section.

NCT00583817Enrolling by invitation
Endovascular repair for thoracic aortic aneurysms and dissections

This study tests whether repairing an enlarged or tearing (dissection) thoracic aorta using a catheter-based procedure can be safer for people who are high-risk for open surgery. It uses specialized stent grafts placed through blood vessels to seal the problem and prevent complications.

Boston, Massachusetts
NCT06827990Recruiting
Stent graft for type A aortic dissection

This trial tests a stent graft device to repair a tear in the main artery from the heart (aorta). It is for people who have a high-risk condition called Type A aortic dissection and are not good candidates for open heart surgery.

Discomfort after aortic stent repair: a long-term study

This study follows patients who had a stent placed in their chest or belly aorta through the leg artery to see what discomfort or symptoms they may have over time. It helps doctors better understand how patients feel after this common procedure.
