Who can take part

  • You must be 18 years or older.
  • You must have a life expectancy of at least 6 months.
  • Your performance status must be 0 or 1, meaning you are fully active or only restricted in physically strenuous activity.
  • You must have had a baseline chest CT scan before starting immunotherapy.
  • You must have received at least 2 cycles of PD-1 inhibitor therapy (alone or combined) within the past 6 months.
  • You must have received thoracic radiation of at least 30 Gy, and you should not have taken antibiotics within 1 week before starting that radiation.
