Who can take part
- You are 18 years old or older.
- You have locally advanced lung cancer (NSCLC or SCLC) and are scheduled for a planned course of radiation (45 Gy or higher) followed by immunotherapy.
- You may receive radiation and immunotherapy even if you are not getting chemotherapy at the same time.
- You are able to care for yourself (ECOG performance status 0, 1, or 2).
- Your doctor estimates you will live at least 6 months.
- You have not had radiation to the chest area before.
