Who can take part

  • You are between 13 and 22 years old.
  • You have lymphoblastic leukemia or lymphoma and are on maintenance chemotherapy.
  • You have been on maintenance therapy for at least 1 month and have at least 3 months left.
  • You sit for 4 or more hours a day during your free time.
  • You are willing to try to sit less.
  • You have a smartphone with internet access that works with Fitbit and GroupMe.
  • You can join virtual sessions and speak English.
