Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have been diagnosed with adrenocortical carcinoma or pheochromocytoma/paraganglioma that has spread and cannot be removed with surgery.
- Your tumors have grown in the last year despite treatment.
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan (at least 1 cm in size, or 1.5 cm for lymph nodes).
- You are generally able to care for yourself (ECOG performance status 0-2).
- Your blood counts, liver, and kidney function are within acceptable limits, and you have not had certain recent treatments or medical conditions.
