Who can take part
- You are over 18 years old.
- You have at least one severely blocked coronary artery (70% or more) that could not be crossed or expanded with a standard balloon or stent.
- The blockage is either inside a previous stent, a complete blockage that has been there for at least 3 months, or a new blockage that failed balloon angioplasty.
- You are willing to sign a consent form and attend follow-up visits.
- You do not have recent heart attack, severe heart failure, bleeding problems, or kidney failure.
- You are not pregnant or breastfeeding, and you agree to use contraception if needed.
