  • You are between 18 and 35 years old.
  • You are currently enrolled in a college or university.
  • You are able to attend study visits and exercise sessions.
  • You do not have any chronic health problems, such as heart, lung, or metabolic conditions.
  • You are not pregnant or planning to become pregnant during the study.
  • You do not smoke or use nicotine products.
  • You do not currently do intense exercise or structured training more than twice a week.
