  • You are a senior high school student aged 15 to 18.
  • You have high levels of academic anxiety based on a screening test.
  • You are able to understand and follow the study procedures.
  • You are willing to give written consent, and your parents will also give consent if you are under 18.
  • You do not have epilepsy, other neurological disorders, or severe psychiatric conditions.
  • You are not taking medication that affects brain activity, and you have not had neurofeedback training in the past six months.
