Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 65 years old.
  • You have a diagnosis of schizophrenia, psychosis, or delusional disorder, and your symptoms are mild (rated 3 or less on a standard scale).
  • You can understand the study and give your consent.
  • You speak Chinese.
  • You have not done more than 10 hours of yoga, Tai Chi, Qigong, or mindfulness in the past 3 months.
  • You do not have severe physical health problems (like recent heart attack, uncontrolled high blood pressure, or severe spine issues), substance dependence, seizures, or pregnancy.
  • You have no history of intellectual disability, brain injury, or other brain disease.
