  • You are between 18 and 55 years old.
  • You have a diagnosis of schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, or bipolar I disorder.
  • You can read, speak, and understand English.
  • You are in stable outpatient treatment, with no hospital stays or medication changes in the last 30 days.
  • You do not have a recent substance use disorder, epilepsy, metal implants, or certain other medical conditions.
