Who can take part

  • You have COPD and a breathing test shows your airflow is limited.
  • You have been in the hospital for a COPD flare-up.
  • Your blood test shows that your carbon dioxide level is high (PaCO₂ at least 50 mmHg) and your oxygen level is low.
  • You are currently using a home breathing machine or plan to start one.
  • You can use a smartphone or tablet for video calls and have internet access.
  • You are willing to take part and sign a consent form.
