Who can take part

  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • Your breast cancer must have spread or be advanced and cannot be cured with standard treatments.
  • Your cancer must be estrogen receptor positive and HER2 negative.
  • You must have received no more than one line of hormone therapy for advanced cancer.
  • Your cancer must have grown while on a CDK4/6 inhibitor combined with hormone therapy.
  • You must not have an ESR1 mutation (a specific gene change in the tumor).
