Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older
- You have a type of lung cancer called non-small cell lung cancer, stage IIIB, IIIC, or IV
- Your cancer has a C797S mutation (a specific genetic change) and has grown or come back after at least one EGFR inhibitor treatment (like osimertinib or erlotinib)
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured by a scan
- You do not have other known cancer-driving mutations (like ALK, ROS1, KRAS, etc.)
- You have not had a recent change in the type of your cancer (e.g., from NSCLC to small cell lung cancer)
