Who can take part
- You must be 18 or older.
- You must have advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (stage IIIB, IIIC, or IV).
- Your cancer must have a specific genetic mutation called C797S, and you must have already tried at least one EGFR-targeted therapy that no longer works.
- You must have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan.
- You should not have other major genetic changes in your tumor (like ALK, ROS1, KRAS, MET, HER2, or RET).
- You need to be in generally good health with adequate organ function and no severe heart, lung, or other medical conditions.
