New targeted drug study for EGFR-mutated lung cancer

Who can take part

  • You must be 18 years or older.
  • Your lung cancer must be advanced or spread to other parts of the body and has an EGFR gene mutation (confirmed by a test).
  • You must have taken an EGFR inhibitor drug (like erlotinib, gefitinib, or osimertinib) and your cancer continued to grow.
  • You should be able to do your daily activities with little or no help (ECOG score 0-1).
  • You cannot have other active cancers or certain other gene changes in your cancer.
