Study drug for advanced lung cancer with a specific EGFR change

Who can take part

  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • Your lung cancer is NSCLC that is locally advanced or has spread, confirmed by pathology tests, and standard treatment is not possible or not tolerated.
  • Your trial team can use a tumor sample to test for the EGFR C797S mutation in a central lab.
  • You have at least one measurable tumor spot on scans, and your health/activity level is ECOG 0 to 1.
  • You have expected survival of more than 12 weeks.
