  • You are between 18 and 65 years old
  • Your weight is at least 45 kg (if female) or 50 kg (if male), and your body mass index is between 19 and 28
  • You are generally healthy, with no major medical conditions
  • You agree to use barrier contraception (e.g., condoms) for 6 months after the trial and not donate sperm or eggs
  • You can commit to the study schedule and follow the protocol
