  • You are 65 years of age or older.
  • You live in a nursing home.
  • You can walk, even with a cane or walker.
  • You are at risk of falling (for example, you've had a fall in the past year, or you feel unsteady).
  • You do not have any open wounds or infections on your feet.
  • You are able to follow simple instructions and take part in group sessions.
