  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You can read, speak, and understand English.

  • You are currently taking a GLP-1 or dual GIP/GLP-1 medication prescribed by a doctor for an approved reason, such as type 2 diabetes, weight management, or sleep apnea.
  • You are willing to complete online forms and track your daily progress for 30 days.
  • You are not pregnant or planning to become pregnant in the next 30 days, and you do not have thoughts of harming yourself or others.
