Who can take part

  • You are at least 18 years old
  • You lost 15% or more of your body weight using anti-obesity medication (like GLP-1 drugs)
  • You stopped your weight-loss medication within the last 4 weeks or plan to stop before the study starts
  • You have gained back 3 kg (about 6–7 pounds) or less in the past 3 months
  • You can attend in-person visits at baseline, 3 months, and 6 months, plus join virtual sessions over 6 months
  • You have internet access and speak English well enough to complete study activities
