  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You stopped taking a GLP-1 medication less than 30 days ago.
  • You lost at least 5% of your body weight while on the medication.
  • You can read, write, and speak English or Spanish.
  • You have a smartphone and can complete online surveys or video visits from home.
  • You are not currently taking any other weight loss medications or in another weight loss program.

This study tests whether switching to an oral weight-loss medication can help you keep off the weight you lost after stopping a GLP-1 injection like semaglutide or tirzepatide. You might qualify if you live in Massachusetts, are between 18 and 80, have a BMI of 30 or higher, lost at least 10% of your body weight on these injections, and are willing to be randomly assigned to a new treatment.
