- You had gastric bypass surgery at least one year ago.
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have symptoms of low blood sugar that happen 1 to 4 hours after meals, and a test showed your blood sugar was below 3.0 mmol/L at those times.
- You are not taking insulin, sulfonylureas, or systemic corticosteroids.
- You do not have certain serious health conditions, like severe heart, lung, liver, or kidney disease, cancer, or adrenal insufficiency.
- You are not pregnant, and you do not use a continuous glucose monitor or certain other treatments for low blood sugar.
