Who can take part

  • You must be between 18 and 40 years old.
  • You must not have had any pain, injury, or surgery in your arm, wrist, or hand in the last 3 months.
  • You must not have any diagnosed nerve-related conditions like carpal tunnel syndrome or any other nerve problem.
  • You must not regularly do grip strengthening exercises or heavy upper-body resistance training.
  • You must not be taking any medication that affects muscles or nerves.
