Comparing nerve and grip exercises for cricket batters

This trial tests whether nerve gliding exercises or traditional grip strength exercises are better for improving performance in cricket batters. If you are a male batter between 18 and 35 who practices regularly, this study may help you find the most effective training approach.

  • You are a male cricketer who bats (batsman).
  • You are between 18 and 35 years old.
  • You practice net sessions more than 4 days per week for at least the last 3 months.
  • Your right hand grip strength is between 42.9 and 46.4 (a specific measurement).
  • Your left hand grip strength is between 42.0 and 42.2 (a specific measurement).
