Who can take part
- You have a confirmed diagnosis of intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma.
- Your cancer was controlled after 18 weeks of standard chemotherapy (gemcitabine/cisplatin) plus durvalumab.
- Your cancer is not removable by surgery, or you are not a candidate for surgery.
- You have a tumor that can be treated with histotripsy (sound wave therapy) and is at least 2 cm if you have only one tumor.
- You are healthy enough to undergo general anesthesia and meet lab requirements for liver, kidney, and blood function.
- You are not pregnant and will use contraception if needed.
