  • You are willing to avoid alcohol and over-the-counter pain medications (like ibuprofen or aspirin) for 48 hours before and after each test session
  • You have no recent history of formal exercise training
  • You do not smoke cigarettes
  • You do not have any orthopedic issues that would stop you from doing intense exercise
  • You have no allergies to eggs, sulfur, or curcumin
