- You are being treated with stereotactic radiosurgery (a precise form of radiation) at the University of Chicago Medical Center.
- You are expected to live at least 6 more months.
- You do not have a known or suspected infectious colon infection in the last month.
- You do not have rectal disease that would prevent providing a fecal sample.
- You are able to complete the study procedures.
