  • You have been diagnosed with thyroid cancer
  • You have a specific type called differentiated thyroid cancer
  • You have started a targeted therapy medication (like lenvatinib, sorafenib, or similar) or a combination therapy since January 2019
  • You have not had surgery to cure the cancer within 3 months of starting that treatment
