Predicting heart trouble after child heart surgery

Low Cardiac Output Syndrome Bypass Children

Part of Heart & circulation clinical trials.

This study looks at whether a simple blood test can predict a serious heart problem called low cardiac output syndrome after a child has heart surgery. Doctors hope this will help them spot and treat this issue earlier, which could lead to better recovery for your child.
