Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You have stage III non-small cell lung cancer that cannot be removed by surgery.
  • You have not already been treated with an EGFR or ALK inhibitor (these are specific gene mutations).
  • You are able to provide a tumor tissue sample for testing.
  • You have good organ function (kidneys, liver, bone marrow) and can breathe well enough (FEV1 at least 800 mL).
  • You do not have an active infection, autoimmune disease, or other serious health problems.
