Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older
- You are scheduled for or have already worn a Cor XT or Cor MDx portable heart monitor
- The monitor data is complete and clear enough for review
- You give permission for your heart monitor data to be used in this research (or have a waiver approved)
- You can use a heart monitor at home, in a clinic, or in the hospital
- If you are a clinician: you hold an active medical license and have completed the training for using the Cor360 report system
- If you are a clinician: you agree to follow all privacy and safety rules for using patient data
- Your heart monitor data is complete and not corrupted
- You are able and willing to follow the study procedures, including wearing the monitor as directed, unless you have a doctor-approved alternative
- You are not involved in another study that would prevent you from participating in this one
- You have no medical condition that would make it unsafe for you to participate, in the opinion of the study doctor
- You have provided consent for this study (or a legal representative has), unless the study doctor has approved a different process
- For Subprotocol E: You have previously completed a heart monitoring study and have another one planned, and you allow the linking of your past and future heart data for this research
- You are not currently participating in a heart or device study that conflicts with this one
- You have not previously declined to participate in this study
- You are not a staff member of the study site or a relative of someone who is, and you are not employed by or working for the study's organization or its competitors.
