- You are a man aged 18 or older.
- You have been diagnosed with prostate cancer that is considered high risk.
- Your cancer has not spread to lymph nodes or other parts of the body, based on a special PET scan.
- You have not had prior treatment for prostate cancer such as hormone therapy or chemotherapy.
- You are healthy enough for radiation and hormone therapy, and your organ function is adequate.
