Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have knee osteoarthritis that causes symptoms and you need a total knee replacement.
  • You can give informed consent to participate.
  • Both types of implants can be used in your knee.
  • Your knee pain is not too severe (less than 80 out of 100 on a pain scale) or your knee arthritis is not grade 4 (the most severe).
