Who can take part
- You must be 18 or older.
- You must have a confirmed diagnosis of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) with at least one measurable tumor.
- You must not have received any previous treatment for your lymphoma.
- You should be generally able to care for yourself (ECOG score 0-2).
- Your lymphoma must be at an intermediate or high risk level, with an IPI score of 2 to 5, and be in stage III or IV.
- You must be expected to live at least 6 more months.
