Who can take part
- You have been diagnosed with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) of the MCD, BN2, or N1 subtype and have never received treatment for it
- You are at least 18 years old and in reasonably good health (able to care for yourself with minimal assistance)
- Your heart function is normal or near-normal, with a heart ejection fraction of at least 50%
- Your blood counts are adequate: hemoglobin at least 9.0, neutrophils at least 1.0, and platelets at least 75 (unless low due to your lymphoma)
- You have no active infections, tuberculosis, or serious liver or kidney disease
- If you can become pregnant, you agree to use contraception and not become pregnant during and for 12 months after the study
