Who can take part
- You must have a type of aggressive lymphoma called DLBCL that has not been treated before
- Your lymphoma cells must have higher-than-normal levels of both MYC and BCL2 proteins
- You must be between 18 and 75 years old
- You must be in good enough health to be up and about (ECOG score 0, 1, or 2)
- You must not have had any other cancer in the past (except certain skin cancers or cervical carcinoma in situ)
- Your heart, liver, kidney, and blood counts need to meet specific lab standards
