Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- You have oral cancer that can be removed with surgery, and it is at a locally advanced stage (stage III or IVA).
- You have not had any previous treatment (such as chemotherapy or radiation) for this cancer.
- You are in generally good health, able to take care of yourself, and have adequate organ function (based on blood tests).
- You are willing to provide a tissue sample (or have a biopsy) before starting the study treatment.
- You agree to use reliable contraception during the study and for 6 months after the last dose (if applicable).
