Who can take part
- You must have advanced ovarian, fallopian tube, or primary peritoneal cancer that is high-grade serous type.
- You must have received at least one prior platinum-based chemotherapy and either progressed within 6 months of it (platinum-resistant) or received at least 2 prior platinum lines (if platinum-sensitive).
- You must have had at least 1 but no more than 4 prior lines of systemic therapy for advanced disease.
- You must have measurable disease as per standard criteria (RECIST 1.1).
- You must be 18 years or older and have adequate organ function.
- You must not have received more than 2 previous antibody-drug conjugate therapies (like mirvetuximab or others).
- You must not have untreated brain metastases or other cancers within the past 3 years (except minor skin or cervical cancers).
