Who can take part

  • You must be 50 years or older.
  • You must have a confirmed diagnosis of peripheral artery disease (PAD), such as a low ankle-brachial index (ABI) test result.
  • You must be able to walk without a walker or wheelchair and have no other condition that limits walking more than PAD.
  • You must not have a current foot ulcer, critical limb ischemia (severe PAD with pain at rest), or a recent major surgery or heart event.
  • You must not have taken high doses of vitamin B3 or nicotinamide riboside in the last 3 months.
  • You must be willing to participate in the study and not be in another clinical trial intervention currently.
