Who can take part

  • You are 18 to 30 years old.
  • You have played volleyball for at least 3 years and currently train at least 3 times a week.
  • You have not had a recent (within 6 months) injury or surgery on your arm, shoulder, or hand.
  • Your vision is normal or fully corrected with glasses or contact lenses.
  • You do not have any neurological or balance disorders.
