Who can take part

  • Aged 18 to 30 years.
  • Play volleyball regularly for at least one year.
  • Train at least twice per week or participate in league/tournament play.
  • No serious arm, shoulder, back, or trunk injury in the past 6 months.
  • No chronic respiratory conditions like asthma or COPD.
  • No surgery on the arm, shoulder, spine, or trunk in the past 6 months.
  • No neurological or cardiovascular disease, or spinal deformity affecting movement.
