Who can take part

  • You must be 18 years or older.
  • You must have breast cancer that has spread to other parts of the body (metastatic).
  • Your cancer must be HER2-positive or HER2-low, as determined by a biopsy.
  • Your cancer must have progressed while on T-DXd (trastuzumab deruxtecan) therapy.
  • You must have measurable disease, meaning tumors that can be seen on scans.
  • You must have adequate organ function, including kidneys, liver, and blood counts.
  • You must be able to swallow capsules.
  • You must not be pregnant or breastfeeding, and if of childbearing age, you must agree to use contraception.
