- You have a HER2-positive solid tumor (IHC 3+) that cannot be removed by surgery or has spread to other parts of your body
- You have already received treatment for advanced or metastatic cancer and there are no other good options for you
- Your doctor has decided that T-DXd (Enhertu) is the right treatment for you per FDA guidelines
- You have not had T-DXd before
- You had a scan or test to measure your tumor before starting T-DXd

This trial is studying a drug called T-DXd (trastuzumab deruxtecan) for Chinese women with advanced breast cancer that has a certain protein (HER2) either in high or low amounts. It aims to see how well the drug works in real-world settings.
