Who can take part
- You must be 18 to 65 years old.
- You must have a diagnosis of multiple sclerosis (MS).
- Your EDSS score (a measure of MS disability) must be between 0 and 5.5.
- You must be able to walk without a cane, walker, or other assistive device.

- You must not have had an MS relapse (flare-up) in the last 3 months.
